Cleanliness Committee
Head: Mr Kulwinder Singh
- 1. Giving a proper check on all the dirty and unhygenic areas such as near washrooms, taps, playgrounds, garbage dumping areas , lawns , canteens, etc.
- 2. Committee will make sure to use all kinds of insecticides and other medicinal sprays in order to prevent mosquitoes flies, bees,frogs,lizards, snakes,cockroaches etc.
- 3. Taking care of the canteen in terms of hygenically maintenance such as freshness of food , purity of food products, preparation and serving of food to the students expiry dates and a strict check on all this at regular intervals.
- 4. Submitting a detailed report of committee’s activities to the Principal after every 15 days.
- 5. Maintaining the proper records of activities done and to be done (prior basis) & keeping it updated for any official purposes.
- 6. Keeping a close contact with all the Peons, Sweepers and Other supporting staff who is responsible for cleanliness and giving them necessary instructions time to time.
